Seminar delves in japanese travel market
Two Japanese academics will lead a two-day instuctional seminar to provide insights and increase tourism service capabilities for staff working with japanese tourists. ASEAN's Japan Centre will join the tourism authority of thailand to organise the seminar from 20 to 21 November in Hua Hin.
The seminar aims to increase service capabilities and develop human resources in the tourism industry, while discussing Japan hotels tendencies, manners, how to serve Japanese tourist. Participation is limited to 60 persons and can include hotel staff, tour operators, restaurant and shop personnel, airline staff, the general public and related educational instiutions, especially those in Hua Hin and Cha-am area.
Professor of the faculty of arts and design, University of toyama, Japan, Yasuhiro Watanabe and president of sanyo Japan Marketing International, Tsugura Dobashi will head the semina.
